厭氧發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)：
Anaerobic fermentation system:
1）干發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)
1) Dry fermentation system
適用于處理固體含量>25％的有機(jī)垃圾，包括受污染的食物垃圾、庭園垃圾和固體農(nóng)業(yè)垃圾等，批次周期約為30天，該系統(tǒng)配有密閉車(chē)庫(kù)式發(fā)酵罐。
Suitable for handling organic waste with a solid content of>25%, including contaminated food waste, garden waste, and solid agricultural waste. The batch cycle is about 30 days, and the system is equipped with a closed garage type fermentation tank.
2）COCCUS完全混合厭氧發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)
2) COCCUS fully mixed anaerobic fermentation system
適用于處理固體含量為8-12％的有機(jī)垃圾，包括食物垃圾、生物固體、農(nóng)業(yè)廢物、液體糞肥和能源作物等。該系統(tǒng)平均年廢物處理量大于6,000噸，罐體由鋼筋混凝土制成，配有大型內(nèi)置REMEX槳式攪拌器。為降低去除H2S的成本，生物脫硫環(huán)節(jié)整合在木屋頂部結(jié)構(gòu)中。
Suitable for handling organic waste with a solid content of 8-12%, including food waste, biosolids, agricultural waste, liquid manure, and energy crops. The average annual waste treatment capacity of this system is over 6000 tons, and the tank body is made of reinforced concrete, equipped with a large built-in REMEX paddle mixer. To reduce the cost of removing H2S, the biological desulfurization process is integrated into the top structure of the wooden house.
3）EUCOlino集裝箱式小型發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)
3) EUCOlino containerized small-scale fermentation system
適用于固體含量為15-20%的少量有機(jī)垃圾，包括食物啤酒廢物、垃圾，生物固體，糞肥和庭院垃圾等。該系統(tǒng)占地面積小，平均年廢物處理量可達(dá)1000至6500噸。
Suitable for small amounts of organic waste with a solid content of 15-20%, including food and beer waste, garbage, biosolids, manure, and yard waste. The system has a small footprint and an average annual waste treatment capacity of 1000 to 6500 tons.
4) EUCO推流式發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)
4) EUCO push flow fermentation system
適用于處理固體含量約15-25％的有機(jī)垃圾，包括污水、污泥、生物固體垃圾和飲料廠廢料等。該系統(tǒng)主要功能是水解固體廢料，為第二級(jí)發(fā)酵器提供良好的分解物質(zhì)。該水解階段也會(huì)產(chǎn)生沼氣，當(dāng)與第二階段沼氣池(如COCCUS)結(jié)合時(shí)，沼氣產(chǎn)量約占總產(chǎn)量的50％。
Suitable for handling organic waste with a solid content of approximately 15-25%, including sewage, sludge, biosolid waste, and beverage factory waste. The main function of this system is to hydrolyze solid waste and provide good decomposition materials for the second stage fermenter. This hydrolysis stage also produces biogas, and when combined with the second stage biogas digester (such as COCCUS), biogas production accounts for approximately 50% of the total production.
沼氣提純技術(shù)（變壓吸附系統(tǒng)）：
Biogas purification technology (pressure swing adsorption system):
該沼氣提純技術(shù)能夠大化保證甲烷產(chǎn)率(>99%)，提純后的沼氣可直接輸入天然氣管網(wǎng)或制作成壓縮天然氣。該沼氣提純過(guò)程不需要水，不產(chǎn)生廢水，無(wú)需化學(xué)添加劑，并且無(wú)尾氣產(chǎn)生。
The biogas purification technology can maximize the methane yield (>99%), and the purified biogas can be directly imported into the natural gas pipeline network or made into Compressed natural gas. The biogas purification process does not require water, does not produce wastewater, does not require chemical additives, and does not generate tail gas.
