它是以循環(huán)流化床技術(shù)原理為基礎(chǔ)的先進(jìn)煙氣半干法脫硫工藝。該工藝以干泰消石灰粉Ca(OH)2為吸收劑，在煙氣中噴灑工藝霧水，增濕和活化煙氣中的酸性物質(zhì)，通過干粉吸收劑多次再循環(huán)，在吸收塔中與煙霧污染物發(fā)生強(qiáng)烈接觸時發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)，延長吸收劑和煙氣的接觸時間，達(dá)到脫硫的目的。通過化學(xué)反應(yīng)可以有效去除煙霧中的SO2、SO3、HF、HCl，脫硫產(chǎn)物是自由流動的干粉混合物，沒有二次污染，可以更綜合地利用。

It is an advanced semi dry flue gas desulfurization process based on the principle of circulating fluidized bed technology. This process uses dry hydrated lime powder Ca (OH) 2 as the absorbent, sprays process mist water in the flue gas, humidifies and activates acidic substances in the flue gas. Through multiple cycles of dry powder absorbent, chemical reactions occur when it comes into strong contact with smoke pollutants in the absorption tower, prolonging the contact time between the absorbent and the flue gas, and achieving the purpose of desulfurization. Chemical reactions can effectively remove SO2, SO3, HF, and HCl from smoke. The desulfurization product is a free flowing dry powder mixture without secondary pollution, which can be more comprehensively utilized.

燃煤發(fā)電鍋爐、熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)鍋爐、集中供熱鍋爐、垃圾焚燒鍋爐、燒結(jié)機(jī)、九段窯、焦化爐、玻璃窯等煙氣脫硫。友情提示：該工藝適合煤的硫量在2%以下的工作條件，脫硫效率可以達(dá)到90%以上，對于煤的硫量在2%以上的工作條件，要增設(shè)爐內(nèi)脫硫系統(tǒng)。
